Scope
This policy covers draybit.com and Draybit Wholesale (wholesale.draybit.com), including the beta. "Draybit", "we" and "us" mean Draybit; "you" means anyone who visits the site or uses Draybit Wholesale.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, company, and anything else you enter when you contact us or create a Draybit Wholesale account.
Information collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited) and how you use Draybit Wholesale, such as searches and pages viewed.
How we use it
To run and improve Draybit Wholesale, create and support your account, answer your questions, send you service messages about your account or the beta, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though signing in to Draybit Wholesale requires them.

Draybit is for adults working in the licensed beverage trade. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Terms of Service
Acceptance
By using draybit.com or creating a Draybit Wholesale account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy above. If you use Draybit on behalf of a company, you agree for that company.
Draybit Wholesale accounts
Draybit Wholesale is for businesses and professionals in the licensed beverage trade: suppliers, importers, distributors, and licensed retailers. Give us accurate information, keep your login secure, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Beta
Draybit Wholesale is in beta. It is free during the beta. Features, data coverage, and availability may change, break, or be removed without notice, and we may introduce paid plans later; we will tell you before anything you use starts to cost money. We may suspend or close beta accounts at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Don't use Draybit for anything unlawful; don't scrape, bulk-download, resell, or republish data from Draybit Wholesale beyond what the product allows; don't share your account; and don't try to disrupt, overload, or get around the security of the site or service.
No warranty on the data
Draybit makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information on draybit.com or in Draybit Wholesale, including prices, price postings, distributor and brand information, and license records.
Most of this information comes from state agencies, public records, and other third parties that Draybit does not control. It may be out of date, incomplete, duplicated, or wrong, and sources can change without notice. What Draybit shows is not an official record: the filing or record held by the relevant state agency controls.
The information is for general business use only and is not legal, regulatory, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for checking anything important with the official source or your own advisors before relying on it.
Intellectual property
The site, the Draybit Wholesale application, and Draybit’s compilation and presentation of data belong to Draybit. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use them for your own business while your account is active. Feedback you send us may be used freely to improve the product.

The site and Draybit Wholesale are provided "as is" and "as available". Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Draybit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or service, including errors or omissions in the data or your reliance on it. During the free beta, our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Ending your use
You can stop using Draybit and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service or other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and revise the date above; continuing to use Draybit after an update means you accept it.
